I can't Download the Update

    you can just delete the entire "SoulworkerLauncher" folder if there are multiple subfolders.

    if you can't find it, just input "SoulworkerLauncher" in the search. (it is NOT where you installed the client)

    Trust me .. I tried nearly every solution possible ... nothing works ..
    - Cleared the cache ..
    - used vpn ..
    - flushdns
    - rebooted the modem
    - temp:false
    - reinstalled


    i might just make my own launcher or something around if thats not fixed .

    • i was having the same problem and fix it after doing this disable the internet than open the launcher wait 1 min than enable the intetnet again the update will download than after the update finish close the game and move Ver.ini from SoulWorker\Client folder than open the game it work for me hope it help

    speciallyy after a full un install re install (with AppData and reg cleaning of all SW association )


    it's clearly download server side (and they seems to do nothing about it )

    The do nothing about it? That's ufair for other players since they wont get free items and don't get to experience the gameplay as soon as possible do the gameforge know that this way they are making people leave the game forever?

    they check our problems they say ..

    Forum is made to help players on their problems , right ?
    So far, 3 days have passed and not a single solution/news posted about that problem .

    since nothing mentioned about this neither in here or social media pages ...


    I will assume they just don't care about the other 5% of the community's problems or they just don't know yet ..

    either way its their fault .

    you tried that without reinstalling? AppData cleaning, i mean.

    did it twice indeed, one before reinstall one after reinstall (well ... not that it install, actually ... even on a clean fresh re install it shows the same behavior and error )

    do you also get that problem if you try to install on other devices, in case you got any? (laptop/tablet/whatever)

    yep it doesn't even download the client and show the same patch and patch size as before full wipe...


    SO clearly a server side issue ...


    tried on 3 computer 3 different network, with or without Firewall (A/V is not an issue )


    end.
