Reaching the Support Team

  • Hi,

    This is more a notice for CMs, GMs and Mods that when you go to the support site for Gameforge there is no game selection for Soul Worker. I assume this is because of the beta; so do users ask for support in this forum only during the OBT or is someone going to get around to adding the game to the list after the servers are fixed (that is more important right now).



    EDIT: So soulworker has an entirely different ticket system it seems http://support.gameforge.com/ is a completely separate system from https://soulworker.support.gameforge.com correct staff?

  • Alright so I found a problem with it... The separate system for soulworker tickets is not configured right... See this:

    The actual address for the ticket system is soulworker.support.gameforge.com so somehow when the system was configured either in the reset emails or the software itself soulworker and support were mixxed.

    EDIT: that was indeed the issue... Confirmation: http://prntscr.com/ik5lfu so someone from support might want to fix the path or email text.

  • Alright; though like I said in my second reply something in the password reset emails is not set right... It works if you change the URL around but some people might not know to do that.

  • Do the support people work during the entire week? I was quite satisfied with the first response (ticket got answered in 2 hours) but when I replied yesterday, I haven't gotten an answer to the ticket since. I didn't expect to have to wait so long for a simple follow up.
