Na server locking out

    Anyone else having the issue with the na server where it lags, doesnt disconnect you and then locks you out when you try to reenter? its like you can enter the char selection screen, but if you try to enter the game it just sits there and doesnt enter. or when your trying to do a run it simplly acts lke its lagging but doesnt dc you.

    I was experiencing the bug a tad bit earlier. "Game is being stopped because of an attempt to log into the account"
    I tried to relog around 5-6 times and then uninstalled and reinstalled. I got in, but I disconnected several times and then it was working from then on, but during Gronco effect, I haven't been able to login since.

    Yep. I got kicked out and can't get back onto the NA server, but can get on the EN server fine. I got the "Game closing due to an attempt to log in" error a few times too.

    yea i got that too, i restarted my computer after i got that error and got in, did one junk hive run, then started a second, got 5 minutes in, and it acted like it lagged and i quit the game and now cant get back in.

    I also have been having the same issues within the past hour or so. Same error message and all.
    Now just waiting for a tweet/reddit post to say that they are aware of the issue and are fixing it so i can play :'(

    its been over two hours since i could play, im still locked out. and if they try to say its cuz im region locked, i will call bullshit. because i live in north america, which is the exact region for tenebris. oh and i submitted a ticket 2 hours ago, they have yet to even look at the ticket.

    Well, to be fair; it IS 5:30am where they are located...My guess is that they'll check everything when they get back in the office. Try to put yourselves in their shoes ♥ we'll be able to play when they get it all sorted out :)

    I highly doubt this is due to region lock, since I'm having the same issue and I'm in the USA. There's a specific message you get if you try to log in from a blocked region. To be honest NA has had a lot of these issues in the past; it'll hopefully be fixed by tomorrow. (Even though it -really- sucks that this is happening on a night that had solace on one of the rookie raids lol)

    can someone fixed this already i've been clicking, restarting my computer, unstalling my game and reinstalling still can't go in...

    i tried other servers and its fine, i tried to look if i have a problem at my internet connections nothing still stable...

    I tried again to uninstalling the game and reinstalled it, still can go in.

    I wish they could fix this already...

    yea i was saying that cuz of all the 'ip region hype' i dont think its from a region block, but i also dont rate gameforge very highly, i rate them the same as at&t, who lies to get away with their scam(at&t i mean). but yea its more likely cuz gameforge has a habit of neglecting the na server, its been like that for months, or longer. Though all these problems from failforge is making me seriously think about goin to jp, so i dont have to deal with gameforges idiocy, greed, and mismanagement. Oh and Himesuki there is but the server isnt at peak. and because gameforge neglects to stabilize the game servers, we wont ever reach the cap cuz itll just crash more and more people. Worst part is i was doing the rookie raid farming for the event that ends tomorrow, so yea idk if ill be able to coplete the remaining 44 runs i have to do now

    I can't believe this issue hasn't been resolved yet. I had to quit a few days after launch because of this issue. Yet before you couldn't get passed the server screen. Yet a tad improvement on making it to the character screen. Also it's not region block, problem just still hasn't been fixed for the server limits/ stability.

    What do you expect, this is failforge(gameforge) were talking about, instead of fixing and stabilizing the servers, they would rather pocket the cash for that, and work on catching up to the kr and jp servers with content. I think its obvious that they dont care if the players are satisfied, they just want to wring out as much money as possible before the game dies and they move on to ruining another title. At least thats my opinion on failforge.
