Not long ago we were blessed with Happy Hour on Black Friday sales but i couldn't and still can't log into the game because of a backend error. I didin't want to waste the oppertunity and i downloaded the game on steam in order to buy soulcash there only to find out that the items i wanted to buy are non tradeable. Im talking about strength expansion tickets and i can still remember that a few months ago i was selling one of them for dzenai and now i cant. Is my memory hazy or did they change that?

You cant, because the black friday sales arent in a "soulcash cube".
Strength expansion tickets from the normal item shop are still tradeable.
But you could contact the support to refund them.
Btw if you still have the backend error, try to re-enter your mail & try to login then, that
fixed it for me. -

fixed it for me.I didint even make it in time to buy any of the black friday deals because i couldn't reach lvl 15 in time but i did buy an ordinary strength expansion ticket and i cant trade it, i can send a screenshot after the servers are back up. And thanks for the tip with that error im gonna try it out later
