Will we ever be able to catch up ?

  • I mean at least the event made me play for a few hours after I finished all 7 days in one go. So I can play other games while i wait for AOV again. Profit!

  • Seems like everything is going as "planned" and they never intended to release something every 30 days otherwise it wouldn't be exactly 49 days everytime. I having a good time "over there" so I hope you guys will have fun with stella advancement.

everything will come to an end~

  • Horori

a 30min content which took Slowforge 40days+ to translate and release

    - Changelog –

Content & Events (more info on our news tomorrow)

    • Update: Stella Advancement
    • Leveling: more experience points for completing dungeons and defeating enemies.
    • Boosters: From now on, boost items can drop in all dungeons which give you different bonuses for a short time.
    • [31/01 – 21/02/2019] White-day and Valentine’s event

sooo.... why would they think that there are more players who have problems with leveling up than players who are needing content. If you want me to play stella gimme a new characterslot. looks like a big patchnote kappa. Having white day and valentine in one event doesnt even make sense you retards. Could GF's staff do some research before doing anything? Also the reason why this shitty game is literally stagnated with advancements and decreasing in playerbase is because the community has no saying here. Literally no saying 0%, we have no influence. That's why this forum here is completely unnecessary and should be deleted.

just a lil bit of salt here lul.

everything will come to an end~

Two different issues, two different solutions. There's nothing wrong in here. I understand you are pissed about the lack of content, but this is more for the newer players which is not and should not be connected to the lack of content. Don't go around shaming them for caring about the other part of the playerbase. If you did not know, what keeps the game alive is not just the current player, but a good amount of newer players that come over time.

And for your information, there were a lot of people who complained about this matter. You can look it up. They also have a way to monitor and consider the changes.

  • lmao pls define "a lot of players" this game has. If you would count the players who quitted because of the lack of content it would be by far the majority. Everything is wrong here thats why bsw has the bigger playerbase. If it's too hard to lv up here, mmorpgs are just not suitable for those players.

If you see my criticism as shaming them so be it but i can also see your comment as overprotective to gameforge.

  • lmao pls define "a lot of players" this game has. If you would count the players who quitted because of the lack of content it would be by far the majority.

First of all, I'm not sure if you understand what I meant by "a lot of players come from," and I am convinced that you are clearly not working with any data or numbers at all. But to answer your question here it is some relevant sources, but most importantly actual data: https://steamcharts.com/app/630100#3m

As you can see, 3 months ago, peak was 1.8k on November 3rd. Recently, peak was 1.8k also in Jan 27(3 days ago)

I guess that's A LOT of players who that already quitted the game.

To other your other question. "a lot of players" data, according to steam, is in average low 900s to high 800s. Let's not forget another important factor: The fact that Soul Worker can also be run without steam. Add those numbers to the steam data.

Everything is wrong here thats why bsw has the bigger playerbase. If it's too hard to lv up here, mmorpgs are just not suitable for those players.

I'm not sure what you are trying to say by "not suitable." I guess you must be speaking for yourself, unless your opinion somehow represent the majority of the players.

If you see my criticism as shaming them so be it but i can also see your comment as overprotective to gameforge.

Criticism is not and will never be undermining other issues because you think yours is more important. Clearly, criticism is pointing out faults and mistakes, not bringing up other issues(It can be, but not in this case). Them providing the solution of an already known is obviously not one of them. Unless doing this is somehow a "mistake." OR are you implying that they should've never addressed the issue? That they should not solve other any other issues at all because you want them to bring more content? Is that what you are trying to tell me? Listen to yourself. Selfishness at its highest peak.

I have yet to say anything relevant in this thread until now because of obvious reasons and here you are calling me overprotective. This is amusing. Maybe if you started all over again you would have a different opinion but since that's not the case, why should you care?

  • I am looking weekly at steamcharts so what ? The numbers are terrible. did i not point out mistakes ? Lack of cotent ? Lack of management ?also Community has no influence here ? Can you read ? Are those reason selfish after waiting for so long ? I am fine with you supporting and sticking with them but I will whenever I can criticize them because they are bad publishers.

I am obviously looking at the average players. Whats the point looking at players who are online for login rewards ?

And yea average players are decreasing as you can see xd

everything will come to an end~

  • No one is interested in anime mmos anymore, not to mention that mmo genre isn't as popular as before it's just stagnantly waiting on evolution (most people are now into battle royale style) and this game is made for a very niche playerbase.

You can't say that sw will ever have more new players in the future than the veterans, the number of old players quitting is higher than the new ones. Some don't only quit it because of the garbage typical western publisher but also because it's just a dungeon instance based mmo that lacks end game content badly.

The only thing gameforge saw in this game was to sell visuals. Looks are everything, and that's what they did making it die faster than normal because of their scam methods. Not to mention that they control some players wallets which got addicted to micro-transactions for this shit game that will never offer you something in return.

They don't give a single shit about anything anyone writes here. I've been playing since the very first day and I was not active on forums but damn there were so many valuable players with guides and tutorials, now there're only people complaining and complaining on a lost cause.

If you ever want to catch up with KR just play it there (or that private server which is more active than the official en/na) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You forgot the worst offender of all gaming, which is mobile. May Kurtzpel restore what anime mmo's can do.

Smh. The argument was about you undermining other issues, but you can't even see that. Disregarding the whole point of the argument just like that makes me think that you didn't even read my reply. I am done here.

Apparently I somehow suggested that the number of new players is higher than the "veterans." Maybe because good amount(not higher) over time means = higher than veterans(?) I must watch out how I word some of my points. Yes, you are also right, I can't really "assume" since I can't see the future.

But yea, you are right(once again). This game is over because our generation is only one. After we, the veterans, die is over for anime mmos. Nobody will ever look soul worker up, it is forbidden. Working out with made-up numbers and assuming things that will make our opinion look good. Yea, let's do that.

  • personally, i very much <3 Soul Worker and the anime style

combat is fluid, story is well-written (imo, i <3 the story)

character advancements are the best i've seen

things i do not appreciate such as Gameforge holding back on advancements release

fortune wheel & loot box chaos

    upgrade (+9) chaos

i'm actually okay on current content pace (advancements are not content related, they are rebalance related)

i enjoy farming resources and completing progress and achievements

i do hope Gameforge listens to its playerbase more and improves

  • combat is fluid

Not anymore, you have to go through lag for the first dungeons.

i'm actually okay on current content pace

What pace? Something every 4 months? If you were maining Jin since Summer you have absolutely nothing to play once he gets his advancement since you likely burned out if you played since summer or "grind" like you do.

    https://steamcharts.com/app/630100#3m

LOL!!!!! I love how December we have gain and %gain, most likely because of sock event! HAHAHAHA. sorry i just wanted to laugh on that chart.

Not surprising honestly, since december has holidays. i wouldn't blame the socks.

  • i barely experience lags during combat

i'm sure Soul Worker does have lags

but not as much as Blade and Soul

which is literaly a lag fest (skills delay, ping spike, fps drop, freezes, de-sync, etc)

i'm more concern about current advancments release pace

since advancements are not considered content but rebalance

AoV being delayed actually works for me (may not be for others)

since i'm still short on resources after upgrading Primal gears

although i do want Skyclock Palace or Innocent Daydram asap

i do try and play Soul Worker everyday

ofc, i play alot more on weekends

and i do pace myself so i do not feel burn out <3

if u do feel burn out, i suggest picking up 1-2 other games to play
