A week after Slumbering Soul stones were released, I received a bug that any Soul stones/Amplifiers I place into any equipment will be invisible to me after I relog. Other people can view my equipments and the socketed items will appear for them; however, I cannot view them which leads to many problems: I cannot de-socket the items, and I cannot upgrade any Soul stones that are equipped. Items in storage that have Soul Stones/Amplifiers are invisible as well. When I equip an item with the stones, the elemental damage is shown on the additional stat window.
I tested a few things
- Trading my item with a Soul stone allows me to view the stones in the trade; however, when I end the trade, the stones are invisible again.
- Individual Unequipped stones are always visible
- Reinstalled the game and socketed items are still invisible
- Move the items on a newly-created character and the items are still invisible
- Place another stone in place of an existing, invisible stone prompts me with the equip option (did not press equip since I do not want to accidentally override anything)
- Friends trading me equips with stones attached allows me to view, remove, and upgrade the stone until I re-log and it goes back to being invisible if it were to still be equipped on the item
This is currently causing me problems by not allowing me to remove Slumbering stones and Twisted Daggers from my previous weapon to place onto my new primal weapon as well as not being to upgrade any current stones I am wearing on my Primal Armor. I had logged a ticket to support but they said nothing they can do to fix the problem, because they can see the socketed items on their side.
