7. maybe SIN brooch

9. Grasscover Camp duns give lots of Dz and aether
10. strength expansion is for upgrade past x25 times, steel grave materials are for crafting steel grave gear which is needed to craft Aurith gear which is needed to do Primal

No. Guilds are mostly for grouping up for things like Primal or raids, so in that sense it can be worthwhile, but otherwise no.
7.any p2w stuff?
SIN brooches as mentioned above. Only way to obtain them is through cash shop. For the others, you will have to farm them from their lowest version. Usually dropped in raids.

9.will farming denzai and aether become easier?
Don't think so.
10.what do these things do exactly? : strength expansion ticket,steel graves (item),gk code
-Steel graves item and GK code are things used to craft a gear called MK3. This gear purpose was to be used as a material for aurith gear, however the other option(the other gear you could use, Dark bone) is much more easier to farm. I guess it is practically useless(?)
-Strength expansion ticket is for more upgrading attempts after your weapon reaches the limit, usually 25 tries.
use grutin coins to buy panties ONLY!! can't really have ur character running around pantyless
what happen if she is a clutz like Aroa, trips and falls and then in full view mode
the best thing a guild gives probably is raid parties
aether farming is actually pretty easy at Dead Meat Factory manic ep.4
for me, each run is around 5min (solo) picking up every drop item
i also use Dz AR card to boost Dz pick up
Dreadful Echo manic ep.4 is even faster, around 3min per run
farming will get easier, rest assure

Dont buy panties... buy Anti-Destruction, you will need it to upgrade your Weapon.
