Stuck at Game Start/Tutorial (merged topics)

    Eh... I fix my game start button. This is what I've done. I restart my game, press character, and press game start ONCE. You just got to be patient for the game to load ._.

    Heya!

    Stuck in the tutorial after first scene, now its not even connect to NA server. click click.

    Yeah I ended up creating my characters fine, sometimes it'll take a minute for me to even get to the character screen, then my "Game Start" button won't work, kinda tilted haha, hope it's fixed soon

    Note that if you press enter instead of using the mouse in game start it should work for me atleast, also had to skip tutorial and cinematics or i could end up stuck there lol

    So my start button ended up just fixing after a little wait, must've just been major delay, best wait it out! Maintenance is happening anyway! Should all be fine after that!

    I could get in the game just fine before the last mainteinance but after that It just gets stuck

    I mean, it doesn't freeze but if I click "Play" or "Change server" nothing happens.


    already tried to restart the game, nothing changes.


    EDIT: It got me in after a couple more restarts, but it was really annoying

    I don't know if anyone else experiences this, but when the game starts for about 5 seconds when the game starts frames will drop to about 1.15 and the beginning sequence music will repeat. The game starts normally afterward but it is just an oddity.

    I downloaded SW like 1h ago. Made character, watched all cut-scenes and did tutorial. Then I was transported to L shaped hall without any npc's or anything. It said to me that I should go till the end of the hall. So I ran till the end of the hall till I got to huge doors blocking my path but they didn't open. Actually nothing happened at all. I couldn't skip tutorial, I couldn't exit game trough esc options. Pretty much none of the "buttons" worked. So I pressed ALT+F4 to close the game. Tried to get back on the game but it wouldn't let me join the server where I have my characters.

    I checked that those ribbons mean, if the server is working or not. And I'm playing in NA server which has green ribbon right now. + it shows "normal" which means that there should be at least some people playing in it right now. I can join other servers that have white ribbon. Only thing I can do there is make a char as white ribbon servers are not working at the moment. And when I press back to chose different server to NA server where I made my chars then game bugs out and doesn't let me join any other server ether. As if no "buttons" work anymore when ever I try to join NA server.


    By the way, I have Windows 10 64bit and I downloaded game trough Steam.

    I too am suffering from not being able to join a server...
    Clicking the server select does NOTHING.


    All I did prior was I wanted to switch characters..and was shown I did not have any so I relaunched the game and now I cant log back in D: Using steam.

    Whenever I go to the menu in-game, and click on the change character option, it leads to the character selection screen, but It only shows four create a new character slots, even though I have already created four prior to this. The other buttons on the screen do not function as well. The only way for me to exit is to Alt+F4.


    *Note: I am playing on the Steam version of the game.

    Not really that big of an issue for me, but the whenever I open Soul Worker the NA server isn't shown and I have to relog to get it to appear. It's just a bit annoying to have to open Soul Worker twice in a row before playing every time.
