Unable to enter a dungeon

    When you are attempting you enter a dungeon, your character ends up getting stuck at the gate portal when the UI closes out. You are completely able to access anything and everything within the UI such as: Armor, Inventory, settings, and many more during this process.


    As a side note for clarity: When you run to the dungeon entrance portals and then click on the enter button, you exit out of the dungeon selection interface.||


    Since you are unable to move you are forced to close out the game and restart it.

    I've also had this bug happen to me, you can press ESC and click reset position which will place you back at the spawn area in the map. Other than that, all we can do is wait for it to be fixed

    Yeah I am having that issue right now. Filed a support ticket but I doubt it is something that can be fixed. We just have to wait for the 873734822347834785 players to move on or they have to buy more servers... Could even be that its overloading the world server somehow and just basically can't let people through... I don't know but it seems to be happening a lot. Which the support team was on the forums and would say something; having a GM at least say the issue is being handled or we are aware of the problem or something.

    Did any of you try to join the dungeon in a group first?


    I discovered that after I tried doing the first dungeon in a group, after the group join / entrance failed, I was still actually in a group, but the team mates were invisible. It looked like I wasn't in a group - but I was.


    I had to re-log numerous times and then all my team members showed up - they had logged out though.


    Once I dropped group, I could enter the dungeons fine after that.
