Was working for me about an hour ago but then now it has stopped working again.

Would be great to compare the pc or anything else of who can actually open it with who can't and find out the reason / fix. unfortunatelly yesterday the shop resumed working the last 30min of the day and i wasn't online, today morning i managed to get the items then the shop fell down again and now is still down for me, sat and sunday i doubt they'll run any maintenance xD

i don't see anything when i click the shop on the game launcher and never seen it working in game so far. is this CBT or OBT?

Basically if you're on steam version:
+, Switch to another server where the cash shop works (I'll say FR, works for me), open it, Steam overlay will show up, press Shift+Tab to close it (DO NOT CLOSE THE SHOP)
+, Switch back to your server (most likely NA yeh?)
+, Shift+Tab again, the shop is there. Buy your stuffs, they'll be sent to your mailbox.
As for the normal client I don't know how it works. -
So, there's apparently free 100 energy bags? This actually pisses me off. Everyone else is getting a bunch of free energy every day just because of where they live (Mats too). And we're over here in NA or EN getting nothing at all. Just looking at everyone else enjoying the game with their extra energy. Even if they finally fix it after a few months of waiting, Me along with a lot of other people are going to be way behind from all those who had the extra energy to play more. I'm also slightly more mad since it's 3:30 am when posting this, so I'm a bit moody, but still. I just want to play the game and have equal advantages and not have to wait for my area to get fixed.

The "fix" only works for the first time
After a while all shops are either bugged or the items simply dont restock (seldomly)

Yea, I've also noticed the Premium Shop doesn't work at all, no matter the version.
Restarting the client doesn't really fix the issue either, sadly.

I feel like a beggar. I have to hop channels at Candus to see if anybody's got a mat going on with space so I can get a bit of energy, while people get 100 of them instantly plus a mat.

I made some tests and noticed in NA (non-steam client), when you press the item mall icon your client won't even send the packet to open the interface. There are a few 3rd-party ways to fix this (which makes me wonder what the heck they're doing since it wasn't fixed yet).

Well for 1 - we didn't have a CBT
so 2 - this is pretty much cbt

Still no luck opening the shop for me. Haven't been able to open it since sometime yesterday and then I only managed to open it around twice before it was broken again. I play client version also.
