Premium Shop Error (merged topics)

Shop is also working for me on NA.

Thats what I thought. I heard it normally works right after maint ends. So I'm taking no chances. 😂

i grabbed the items in the premium shop but they are nowhere to be found ive chcked my mail and its not there

Try relogging, it worked for me.

Edit: Yea, it opens, at least for me it stays stuck at loading the shop windows but its better than before where nothing happened.

After maintenance I still can not get into the premium shop.

Official version or Steam version?

I'm using Steam, doesn't work for me either. My standalone friend says his works

Simplifying the steps:

Create a character in any european server -> open the item mall -> do not buy anything, press SHIFT+TAB -> go back to your main character/server -> press SHIFT+TAB to bring back the overlay -> ?????? -> profit

It worked for me for one day, now it opens and nothing happens. Screen appears but remains black.

Cash Shop didnt resets today.

Gameforge Version.

For Steam it seems working and there was a reset.

When paying with card can't select "Valid until". After pressing on arrow buttons no menu shown.

P.S: Managed to access month and year fields using Tab and arrow keys.

On the Gameforge client I can get the free items but not on steam.
