So me and my friend sent tickets to support i did 8 days ago as for my friend it was around 7 and they both have been unanswered i was wondering if this is happening to anyone else and if yes it would be nice to receive some info on the matter.

Some people mentioned a similar problem on the Steam SW forum and one of the other community members said that Friday and Monday were bank holidays in GE. For Easter I guess. So Support tickets may wait longer. When I get an account lock on the weekend I usually have to wait till the weekend is over to get it unlocked.

Turkish team working.I sent a ticket to the SoulWorker support team in Turkish today and received a reply in Turkish within a few hours
Note: The Turkish support team does not work at the weekend. No Easter holidays in Turkey. -
Sent ticket in Sanskrit some time ago, they replied within minutes. Sanskrit team sharp and ready.

As said, our support team works with tickets on working days, when there is a vacation period or weekend, tickets may take a little bit longer to get an answer.
