So I've already noticed a few things that need to be fixed. Firstly, the launcer is far too big, and there needs to be an option to make it smaller. There's a visual bug when making your character to where you can't see the character but you can still customize. Lastly, the game crashes if you try to change the window size for the actual game.

don't have any of these bugs. Might be something wrong with your client. I'd try to repair it.

Hi there. When I open the game, everything is black but I can still create a character and do the normal stuff with the exception of all I can see is black screen. Any tips on how to fix this would be lovely. Thanks.

Did you try to press ESC and then “unstuck”?
If that won’t work you’ll probably have to re-install the client or wait for them to fix it.

I got the same problem. Clicking around doesn't help. Repairing doesn't help. Using a VPN doesn't help. Reinstalling on the same drive doesn't help. Disabling my anti-virus doesn't help. I'm reinstalling it again on a different drive to see what happens. Installing on another drive didn't help.
