Only thing confirmed is Second part of Dipluce Horizon and MAYBE will have Iris's skills fixed in time but thats a maybe according to Threea's post none of the other stuff you mention is confirmed.

Not to mention the artist for the best fan loading screen was perma-banned from the game yet they're still using his art.

I know GM threea did not confirm Chii advancement and Lily remodel + skill revamp
that is the reason why I added "pls pls pls" behind it, meaning I hope they are added as well

Part 2 is the next 2 dungeons (levels 63-65)... and after that is HH. (That's how Korea did it)

imo, GF does do well in bringing cosmetics over to NA
ofc, Fortune Wheel and Loot Box are junk
but at least cosmetics are pretty much up to date
FYI, I did not buy winter costumes
when It comes to costumes, I am very picky
I only thank GF on behalf of players who wanted winter costumes, such as my twin sister
That's because GF earn money off cosmetics lmao.
But I really like the new winter outfits. I first saw the splash art and I fell in love with it. Not paying a dime to gameforge though
Not necessarily as protest, just that I'm a freebie player.
