    I dont know where you get the idea we even get anything in the next patch cause if you read Threaa's post carefully you will notice that not even the DH part 2 is announced for next patch. There is a difference between a patch and an update. And for the updates the date isn't set yet. Thats atleast how I understand it based on my experience with GF from 2012 onwards.

    i like to have hopes on Soulworker NA, i really <3 the game

    if u do not have hope, then why not just stop and go play another MMORPG

    why bother sticking around, just uninstall it and play something else


    i know exactly what GM threea said about the next content release

    i simply asked for more from GF as a player and as a fan of Soulworker

    nothing wrong wanting more than mere part 2 of Dipluce Horizon

    Soulworker NA is very behind as it is

    People just telling you to hold your horses, that's all. Nothing wrong with that.

    Don't mind them. Steam and Forums had always been very pessimistic from the beginning.

    Although it probably is better to keep your expectations low given the current track record of most Western releases in general. Better to be surprised and satisfied than to be disappointed.


    Not just Gameforge tbh. It has gotten better over the years but Western Publishers typically had always been slow in porting games and updates.

    Also I know a few people who played BSW and have said they had plenty of bugs that remained unfixed for awhile too. While it's a single person vs a big company(So its not a valid defense for GF), people have been over glamorizing one over the other.


    When something is done poorly, it is a lot easier for people to nitpick. If the overall product is delivered nicely, then people tend to be forgiving. This is the problem I see with GFSW. A general bad reputation and constant recurring issues lead to people far more likely to complain about every minor thing.


    Love the game though so I do wish for the best.

    I don't think anyone has a problem with you personally. I think it's mostly that community frustration towards Gameforge is at an all-time high (and justifiably so). This is causing anyone who even remotely appears to defend them to get jumped on pretty quickly.


    It's sad really. Everyone still left posting on these forums truly loves the game but with the way Gameforge is handling things they see this version being killed from neglect when just some basic quality control and updates at a more reasonable pace would make a world of difference and really help lift the mood.


    But given the way things are handled right now everyone is scared things will never improve and have resorted to coping mechanisms instead. Some are in denial, others are lashing out, some think being really nice and optimistic towards GF will magically make things better.


    I think what bothers me the most here is that this slowness is a deliberate strategy from Gameforge. We know things can be ported much faster. Pirates proved this. But Gameforge has some empty suits sitting in an office whom have never once played this game making decisions to put massive time-gaps between small pieces of content that they spend minimal time porting and couldn't care less about the pain it's causing the entire community and those who have been so loyal. Meanwhile we get teased with youtube vids of the constant updates KR has been getting lately and it all feels so hopeless. It's really unfair.

    It has nothing to do with attacking or anything it has to do with showing people who may dont know the post from Threaa that no update date is set yet.

    If I would be a newer player and wouldnt know anything about official post and stuff I would assume from this stuff that GF has announced a date for new content release and that this is the cause of that post.

    They likely will release the Dipluce pt2 + fix update with the 2nd anniversary event in order to add the new fanart in to the loading screen.

    I doubt they will make these two separate updates.

    how many times do you have to hear this to get it through your thick skull. gameforge is an awful company and you are just stressing yourself by waiting for their updates. once again, i suggest you stop expecting anything from them involving soulworker at this point. if you want to continue playing and supporting the actual people who develop the game you enjoy, find out how to play kr or don't even bother at this point.

    Unless there is something seriously wrong over at LG, there is no way GF is trying their best. If anything they are trying their absolute least without technically breaking contract.

    Or just... quit? What's the point of that? Soon or later the game will get a patch but you will (for sure) come back there, complaining about how slow it takes to get something new. At this point you are not enjoying yourself anymore.. If you just want to play this game, go somewhere else where you can really enjoy it
