Error messages (merged topics)

    Every time I try to enter a dungeon (in this case the very first one) I get this error message in a box pop up.


    "Switch to world failed"


    I also can't group up - it times out and boots me.

    I'm guessing that it's simply an error on the server side. I'm having the same issue but I ran the JP version just fine so I doubt that's the issue.

    "It's so unfair. I have so many things to be embarrassed about since I'm human."

    Everytime I get past the truck scene in the beginning of the tutorial, I keep getting the attached error message. I've tried 3 times on three different characters about 15minutes apart and resinstalled (through steam). Another friend had the same issue, but he was able to get in after waiting 15mins. Is there a known workaround?

    Been getting this error (The Server was disconnected. Please try to connect again.-[35]) the last 4 Log in tries. My internet is working fine, so are the log in servers down by any chance? Or is there a way to avoid this error? I'd really like to play a little bit more.

    Edit: The Server I am trying to connect to is Candus[EN]. I am getting to the Character Screen but cannot log into any of the characters.

    OK, problem seemed to resolve when I left group.


    I was apparently in a group (that failed to zone into dungeon), but the group was invisible.


    Several re-logs later, I was showing as in group - with other team members offline.


    One I left group dungeons worked fine.

    Press esc then select leave tutorial if you get this error and/or are stuck in the tutorial area. Just now figured this out and have finally escaped from tutorial hell.

    You can't play like this, the skills are activated too late and you get all the damage suddenly making an instant kill

    As you can see all the Tenebris server channels are full. maybe that explains the huge delay and disconnections without discretion. 5 disconnections in less than an hour so it's very difficult to play, I don't know whether to cry or laugh :S
