    this has never happened before the second mainteinance but now I can't play at all


    I'm trying to play an Haru I made before both the mainteinances on the EN server; the first time I logged in today it let me in but crashed when I clicked "accept" on the daily rewards (the tab just closed itself, no error code), then it gets stuck with this [-35] error everytime I try to enter.


    plz fix :c


    Also, I tried to "repair files" but nothing changed

    Just in case it's happening for any available server. No matter the status. Error 35 "The server was disconnected. Please try to connect again. -35" Right after that game is shutting down.

    some sytems might have trouble with it. make sure your compatibility settings are correct. i'm not running with compatibility. seems to work fine on windows 7 home premium (thats what i'm using), its only the choosing server issue for me. as soon as i'm logged in I can play for a long while. If I leave my character afk i get disconnected. I have the best internet in my country.

    we definitely know it's the way the game is programmed into their server or it is crap servers that don't know what they are doing. i am to believe there is something wrong with how the game is launched from their server. it might not be checking for some essential ground setting rules, such as what we have right now that is... check only the first press of the button and not the button presses afterwards, which it should be a limited amount of presses, but if the server is down show error. if button press fails, show error "try again" or "error code". this last one is the one that should be popping up, but is not.

    Can you try exit and close steam fully, and then launch it in admin mode.
    If the game doesnt launch,
    right-click on the game and select "Properties" from the menu. Select the "Local Files" tab and click the "Verify integrity of game cache..." button.

    This will recover any missing files you might have lost during the download process.


    If that doesnt work it's most likely your graphic card/Graphic card Drivers.
    They might be outdated or Dx9 won't load with the game.


    UPDATE - Other possible solutions.
    After searching around on some Japanese and Chinese websites i was told that their antivirus blocked the game from launching up, giving of the same problem as you're displaying, most likely

    BITDEFENDER - which i also use might have blocked of a DLL file because it thinks its malware.
    I'd suggest you open up your antivirus to see if it has blocked a file from access or is blocking something from launching.

    Soometimes i got error hm... -9 if i am not wrong, while leveling my skills in game, after that its a dc and i am forced to relaunch the game. Just saying, not deadly at all. -35 is keep going...

    I got the error -9 only once, when I alt-tabbed outside the game (which I play in fullscreen) and alt-tabbed back after about 5 minutes.

    Apparently the game got all the info at once and crashed or something like that, because for a second all the characters around me moved at crazy speed and then it all stopped

    Hello. When the game crashed, it ask to send info. I click send but I got this error:

    This happened to me twice. I managed to only send in 1 crash report but the rest I got errors.

    Hi! I'm TailaBlu, or CuilTheory, whichever seems more important to you! Recently I lost my connection in the middle of a team mission (I think the error was "Server connection lost" or something along those lines. My memory is bad, I'm sorry!), and when I tried to get back in to begin playing again, I found I was stuck squarely on the Play Character screen. Why? The error "Switch to world failed." keeps popping up, that's why! I can't get past it, even if I log out and come right back in.


    If it helps, the server this 1 character is on is [NA] Tenebris. Could someone please help me? I use the Steam client of the game.
