just want to ban this people,and clear the game from them
Is there a way to ban someone for inappropriate nick,or chat with swear words?

Yeah sure. Soul worker is a game for fun so being toxic and other stuff may be a problem for other people who want to enjoy playing and chatting or even RP
1. You need to send a ticket
2.You need to attach a screen shot of the ingame chat.
-If it's not from the ingame chat support will just ignore it cause it's not certain that the one sending that screen shot is trying to lie or sth.
3.wait till support answers your ticket .

Sw is a game for fun . If you don't like some1 you can just block them ingame.Which by doing so you'll no longer see any messages or emotes from the blocked person. To block some1 just click on some1 and choose block or go to the community page (Hotkey is normally set on "O" ) and there enter the nickname of that person
