Reminder of very old active Akashas bug which still needs a fix

  • From my experience and testing it affects all active Akashas, no exceptions.

On use, Akasha is deployed behind the character or not showing at all. Faulty use still turns on timer cooldown.

My guess is when active Akashas are not appearing at all, they spawn somewhere on the map but too far to work properly.

No idea what causes spawning behind characters. I suspected it to be a fail safe mechanic trigering close to walls or other objects but it also happens when there's plenty of space. Now I'm not sure if there is any pattern.

    Please fix, it's super annoying.

  • Active akasha is spawning behind you because you have your character reversed in wrong direction even if you have view forward. It happened to me that if my character is looking in the opposite direction, every time I use Baalride he is spawned behind me while now I am trying to prevent that and it never happened to me. So just character must be rotated in the same direction you are looking while using Baalride

Similar problems happen with Big plastica when I play Sky clock palace. No matter in which direction I look all balls spawn behind me next to the wall. My theory is that when you use akasha and there's physical object or enemy in front of you then it mirror your akasha in the opposite direction.

Yes, whatever this janky mechanic should do, it probably makes active Akashas spawn out of bounds. I tried it enough times in open space, far away from any walls or objects to realize there must be some other factor involved but I can only speculate what it is without DEV mode on.
