where do SEA people play?

I am from SEA, and I can see that there are a lot of servers available, but SEA is not one of them. So where do you suggest do us SEA players can play with minimal lags and delays?

I went with EN server because i heard the NA server was stationed at East coast which is a lot further than EN's Central Europe. Lag is minimal compared to when i tried NA but i could be wrong since currently every server seems unstable.

Im also playing in EN, but my attacks has some kind of noticeable delay, so... Oh well. Hope they put a dedicated SEA server.
