Roll Back ? (Items Lost, SoulCash Items ?)

    Hello Guys,


    Unscheduled Maintenance – 1.08.2019


    On this Topic they say they gonna Roll Back the Game to fix the issue with the Bank Items.

    And another thing is they say the Progress we made will be lost between the Server Merge Start and until the Last Maintenance.

    Does that mean only Progress like Exp Progress or everything else aswell ?

    I Purchased just when the Server went Online some SoulCash and bought some of the Holy Seat Packs and even got the Set, Weapon and Photo from it which i sold on the Market.

    Does it mean those gonna be gone ? The ingame Money ? The SoulCash ? All the Items ive got from the Packs too ?

    If you bought items from ItemShop (and then put them on market), the gold and items themselves will be rollbacked (aka "gone") but your SoulCash balance will be back to state before you purchased the items (so you should not lose any premium currency).

    If there will be any problem with premium currency tho, it would be the best to contact our Payment Support / Game Support.

    its just not nice to get something valuable from a RNG Box and loose it afterwards.


    Do we get any Compensation for this circumstances i even grinded almost to 60 i was at 90% :(

    You will have your dz back and item is going back to owner, because they made a reset of marketplace with merge or it should be like that
