Random Name in Premium Shop

Hello,

After the Server Fusion the Transeferd Characters have not their Name in the Shop they have the Name that i got Randomly when i created the Soulworker Account at Open Beta.

Is there any way to Change this Name ? Or Fix this Bug ?

Because on my Characters that i created on Candus i have the Name and Server Name in the Shop but not on the Transfered ones.

im gonna add 2 Screenshots you can see what i mean.

Character "Psycho" since Open Beta and created on Candus

Character "Weapon" created on PL Server on Candus after Server Fusion

Any Help Please i have even no Option on Gameforge Account management to change this Random Name ? LOL
