Guys keep in mind it's not the community managers' fault, no need to spam @. It's the developers' fault and not the CMs. While I totally agree they're delaying update way too much and that it's killing the game, blaming ppl only charged of communication isn't a solution. They tell us what their superiors ask them to tell us, nothing more nothing less.

Yes, you can go to ES section and look if they posted the info about Chi on ES. The hate toward ES can't be bigger and i don't think it's developers' fault.

Anyway, we have to talk about the bad ADM on this game, and the only one people nearest is the CM, so, we have to send our review to them.

We would like to ensure that we will bring live a patch that will have no issues and this is why we had to delay the update of Chii.

At last, I would like you to keep the tones of the thread in a polite manner, as insulting others is not really helping the situation.

Who should we spam then, like can we somehow contact "developers"? Wonder what you mean by developers, because if it´ s Lion games then they have nothing to do with our version except they are transfering data/content to Gameforge so they can translate it. In the first place CMs are first who should communicate with us, but communication is non-existent. Like they should move our suggestions and critics farther, but with this company I am not sure if it´ s really happening.

We don't insult none. We are saying reviews about the announcements. The insult is when no one post this announcement on ES section.

@Suzie, as announced already with the merge, the languages that are not available anymore, will not have dedicated news as well. This is why the CM did not post there, since users can look the EN section if the info is not posted on their section.

Also keep in mind that the forum sections will be soon changed/closed for those languages (except the discussion and guide ones).

What can we do to improve our communication with team? Like tell us more on what´ s happening. Players are mad, because you say nothing when there are problems and especially you (as team) are quiet when there are core issues with game. Just having discord with few members of team in it could improve this game much. But keeping secrets is the worst thing you can do to your community - to your customers. Why do you do this, why do you want to kill your reputation even more???

will there be at least content update this month? As I said it has been 6 months since the last raid I am pretty sure I won't be able to wait another month. Chii isnt even content for players who dont want to play her btw. Could you Implement more reliable road maps if there is a next time please? I thought you wanted to open a Discord on the merge, what happened to that?

No offense threea but Chii being postponed isn't even the biggest problem at this point.
Lack of contents in general, NA server dying because there are only 150 people AT BEST playing there, lack of communication with your community and not listen to us are the real problems here.

People are ready to leave the game, shouldn't this be a big concern for GF?

how about no? The forum is the only place players can provide feedback. games dont work if you just stay silent x) if you cant open your mouth, just dont use the forum. also you have to differentiate between curses and harsh feedback.

One year and half ago the SoulWorkers's Community aren't agree with the content/events GF import in the game.

If the Community would be heared, the game would be better and we won't post none negative.

Provide feedback ? Yes. Insult GameForge employees ? No. Just be polite, point out what the problems are, and there is a lot obviously.

Pouring out insults just discredits what you have to say.
