We've been over 3 months without new content what is going on???

    They always make excuses, now I understand why people went to another server. It's not supposed, that's why they eliminated the languages. To bring the updates faster? It no longer makes sense to wait until September just for ONLY chii, so that later we have to wait another 3 or 4 months for more content and surely this will be postponed again...


    I think it's time to stop making absurd excuses and give results.


    It's really annoying how an official company runs its server badly and a few simple people run a private server much better.


    And to remember, another serious problem, the NA server is dead.


    If I say this, it's because I'm unhappy that at any time they listen to their community and the people who support the game.

    You delete PL, IT, ES languages. Why? to bring updates more fast, yea.


    And now, the next announcement you say is: Chii update is postponed.


    Please.


    Give us some nice event while i wait for Chii update and stop give us trash events:!:

    Yeah it really makes you wonder if Gameforge is actually dedicating ANY resources to updating or if they do nothing for weeks/months then spend a few days making translations and push a patch.     It's gotten so bad I've seen die-hard NA players all moving to the other server and take entire guilds with them. Most of these people used to constantly trash on that place "I'll never play there", "It's too easy", "It's got a dumb population", etc.. but even THEY have given up and moved cuz they truly love the game but can't deal with this inexcusably slow release schedule.


    The damage could have been mitigated by providing SOMETHING for us to do while we wait (the current event right now has such limited crafting anybody who ran it every day is already maxed). So now we have players bailing and investing weeks/months of their time into another server that's way ahead in content so do you think these players are ever coming back? Maybe a fraction of them I guess but the damage is done and only getting worse.


    So I guess the ultimate question at this point is if Gameforge is sabotaging their own servers to drive off players and give an excuse to shut down? If this wasn't what they wanted you'd think they'd be doing SOMETHING to keep players interested. I just don't get it.

    Didn't server merge get delayed as well? Didn't that also come with upgrades and items missing and the home system being broken?

    merge definitely speed up the process man, it's from late august 2020 and now become September 2019. HAHAHA! or else we all have to wait a year. TROLOLOLOL. i really don't know what to say to that delay announcement, what a disappointment.

    Since when there is a patch that released without issues? even merge, u guys needed to rollback, and other patch always have bug and issue, what is the point of releasing it now with issue or releasing it later with issue as well. I dont see the differences. That's just my opinion. It has been 3 months since this server get any content, as a publisher u guys doesn't require to even develop the game or create content. LG is a developer and releasing content more often than our server.


    So please give us a better explanation than ensure that patch will have no issue, i am sure that's not the main reason why it was delay, 3 months is more than enough time to even develop a whole new content, not even talking about publishing content.

    Well neconeco is just a person who hates ppl think normally. I can tell it’s just wasting time to explain something to him lol Here almost everyone (except neconeco) suggesting NA/EU server merge, new contents but that guy just keeps talking shet o.o.

    Soon TM strikes again with childish excuses. To make sure that update will come without bugs? Are GF really thinks we gonna believe that? When like every update had bugs and side effects. Gosh you can't even write patch notes properly. For example like half of last update was not in patch notes, which leads me to conclusion GF dont even have a clue what exactly they bringing with patch. Like adding EC craft when there's even no dungeons yet to grind mats for it and reworked PVP rewards (ye, pvp is a joke but that's besides the point here) and many more.
    This "rough update schedule" was bad to begin with and GF dares to postpone it even more. Why it was bad? Because we supposed to catch up to kr, not adding content slower than they release new :faceplam:

    As a company you should work on game you take for release, you should make sure your players have all they can have with game up to date. Poke developer hard when your version have bugs and fix it asap, make developers improve performance of the game with patches because it lags and stutters even on overkill PC. Work and talk with developer and community because players are the ones who bring you money, hello? Instead GF only confront us with the fact that its postponed again. Never even said proper sorry or compensate us for your mistakes or delays, not even speaking of proper communication. We see you wanna put lowest efforts possible while maintain milking. Only thing GF excells with this game is digging a grave for it.

    I don't want think it's just a strategy from GF to close the game soon... but...


    Think at this people:


    - No content

    - No events, only trash modes

    - No info

    - anything they launch, it's bug or have problems.

    - 3 languages deleted for the game.

    - Economy still broken on game

    - updates delayed once more time

    - No compensation as always

    - their answers on forum are unusual

    - they promised official Discord for SoulWorker, still they didn't perform that

    - they say excuses

    - no publicity for this game on Youtube or twitter

    - i don't see anything positive

    - sadly the official responses make us unhappy all time

    - when it seem they put something ok, they do it wrong (on purpose??)

    GF, please change ur mind/strategy and release chi on 29 of august!!! its our right to have an update. It's a game not a door mat!!! supporting this game is the best!! but ur actions are driving the whole supporters into an instant quit.

    Man c'mon... they are just lazing around at the gamescom! Let them take a pause from the massive workload they have been through the past months!

    the giveaway is really not not enough to make us enjoy the game. Costumes are not "EVENT/CONTENT" please, give us something fun, if u don't want to release chi, at least compensate us by giving us a different content such as corrupted records or anything...
