every time i play and get into dungeon run. i get the tcpip error and BSOD. it only happens in soulworker. every other game works

You could try turning off your Antivirus or Windows Defender (Even both) maybe there is some crash with one of those. Anyways, you should try asking to the Game support if there is no answer on the forum.

turn off protection really... as for game support well i could take a month to get a response. turning off firewall and anti virus is like opening your front door for everybody

Yes, but you need to do it only to try if the game work.
If still don't work we can think to other way to solve your problem, if it work just add the game on the whitelist.

As Maxgts has said, it's meant for testing, not to keep it forever.
The support answered me in like 24h or so last week, so it shouldn't take that much if you try.

Try playing with vpn if it doesn’t help you need to reset the tcpip connection on your computer. I had a similar problem, but disabling the antivirus and all sorts of defenders, and even adding to the white list did not help. On the Internet you will find how to do it.

You can't play with a VPN they don't allow it, if you do use a VPN you WILL be banned.

oh yeah right, using a VPN is an automatic ban here, just leave you're causing more problems than you actually trying to solve.
