Server & Payment maintenance - 22/08/2019

Dear SoulWorkers,

We will be carrying out server maintenance on 22/08/2019, starting at 09:00 AM CEST (03:00 AM EDT).

The maintenance period will take at least 3 hours. Web services and servers will not be reachable during this time.

Changes

• The missing housing items issue that occurred to some users after the server merge will be fixed.
• An issue that caused auction items that were cancelled before the merge and were still in HEMS to disappear, will be fixed.

Payment Maintenance

• We will have a payment services maintenance on 22/8/2019 , starting at 08:00 AM CEST.
• All payment related services will be unavailable for a short period of time ( around 45 minutes).
