Event Review

  • Hiii

Since a lot time im noticing SoulWorker isn't the same game i downloaded on 2018. This is a great game with a good potential but sadly it was soiled with the time.

I talk about 1 year ago, when the game was better, and slowly i don't know was happened or what someone made on this game, but it destroyed the game. When we say to hear us, we refer to hear our review to make a good game, because, the community is the heart of one game.

We suppose that you (GF) don't hear us when we talk about suggestions or ideas to get better this game. Because if we were heared you wouldn't put the same event (boring, and you know it GF) 41 days.

But im not here to say this, im calm and the community and me know we tried all times help SoulWorker to get better and maybe the CM gave you some suggestion interesting and you decided don't read it. If not, we wouldn't have 41 days with the same bad event.

Do you know what i think about SoulWorker, GF? I like SoulWorker because it's a good game, it has nice characters and i like the anime. And i'm suffering because you are destroying my game slowly instead say: Let's hear the community.

We know SoulWorker is your second hand game GF, your special game is Elsword, we know it and you don't have to hide it. Why? Because it's ok, there is not problem while you say the truth.

And finally, i want protest and send my gameplay (30s) throwing about 15.000 fragments of the wise i got in this event. Thank you <3

  • I was thinking about something different from the title, but I agree these events are crappy. The events I enjoyed most were for example treasure farming that were in the 2018 2 times or Spring events for all players. Raids are not rewarding enough anymore and they bounded this event to daily login? So they want us sitting in the city for all daily rewards. Or even planting event like WTF? This is game about farming not planting. And the worst problem with planting was that it was time consuming waiting 20 minutes to grow it and plant new one... Like they want us to stick in game for 5-6 hours to get actually one ec?

Just what did we done to get such treatment. No updates no reasonable events not even forum answers and no apology.

  • everything so far is very weird! like why not respond to our complaints? why not at least discuss with us changes that would benefit us and the company? they seem to lack the "win win philosophy"

  • They definitely don't know how to properly run a game, i believe. Or they do not care enough for Soulworker. I used to play Elsword too, and i remember there were a lot of events, with not too much time to wait between one event and another one.

The better management i can remember is when Aeria was taking care of the publishing of Shin Megami Tensei: IMAGINE. We had TONS of events with GREAT rewards - from gear/outfits tickets, to demons, also useful stuff for the everyday ingame life. Not only that, but events weren't ingame only: there were tons of forum events, big ones (fanarts contests that, as artist, i adored, or other stuff like that) or small weekly ones, like taking a screenshot of your character in a specific location doing a specific emote. And even if you didn't win the bigger prize (usually a weapon or outfit ticket), everyone who would took part in it would get something - again, mostly useful stuff for your game life.
And... don't want to sound pushy, but they had ONE western server with people playing from every part of the world. No one had ping issues, and this was 2008/09/10 (the time i actively played before it was shut down).

Don't want to sound also rude, but GF could learn a thing or two from how Aeria handled Megaten. Weekly forum events that mix forum stuff and ingame stuff wouldn't take you too much time, and it would keep us busy while waiting for the big updates.

    Food for thoughts.

soul worker is a big profitable game. They should that before time runs out!

Agree! If well handled, this game could make lots of money and have a big population ingame... but, well. :/

  • if they did not listen to our suggestion about resetting/increasing the current event limit, then they are really ignoring us to bottom. AKA " we are a cockroaches"lol

  • And most importantly, in that case they'll shouldn't be surprised if the NA server will be really, really deserted then.
