Launcher Issues (merged topics)

    same with me, earlier i can create chara in en server but when i click start game the game crashed and when i log back i can't enter any server ;(

    I was able to play the game earlier today and it would load fairly quickly until it crashed me out and now as I turn the game on it goes to a black screen. If I wait long enough the black screen logs me in but no options are available at that point. 20180228023947_1.jpg

    It feels like it has something to do with the locale before installing.
    I'm friggin' tired doing:
    -installed it on steam and gameforge(for 3 times already)
    =Steam in Drive D:/SW(created folder for steam)
    =GameForge in Drive C:/Games(default install path)
    -changing the settings of general.ini(game locale originally set to Korean, also resolution change)
    -run as admin
    -compatibility(XP servicepack3)
    -repair fix
    -substituting gameforge files with steam files(not working)
    .
    Good thing that my launcher is working fine except the game start itself it always crashes.

    i installed it on program files where i got the problem

    no login box appearing and could not start


    fixed it by moving the soulworker folder in C: and it worked
    the login box appeared


    -do not install in program files

    lemme try to move it on c... just cut and paste right? no more application interference?

    After multiple attempts to launch the game failed to download manifest. steps taken thus far with no successes

    Full wipe of all files related to soulworker from system.

    Trying alternate hard drives and Rigs

    Multiple fresh copys of launcher from official websitepasted-from-clipboard.png

    After going through all of these steps the problem still persist with no change just the {Could not download manifest } message being displayed

    I have a problem.

    I can`` t connect to the servers from nosteam client if i use an amd card. But if i use an intel hd card i can see the servers.

    And if i use steam client, i can see the servers too.

    Repair and reinstall dont work.

    so i got this problem when i start up the launcher, everything loads but the login stuff is missing welp1.png


    Ik that this is not intended to load like this(ik becouse sometimes .. like 1 in 20 launches it loads perfectly, and i can login without problems), but still you can click on "GAME" tab on top of the window, that is supposed to bring the login screen. But there is this issue when just the "log in" button keeps loading itself (It probably isn't a server issue since my friend played atm).

    I tried reinstalling the game few times, added exception in antivirus, also ran it as admin, played a little with compatibility .. and well .. nothing helped so far, so I'm asking for help here, Thanks.

    Hello, so today I was able to play the SoulWorker game as normal.


    Later in the day I decide to come back on to check my mail but when i try to sign into game this is what happens.

    (The pictures go in order of how I tried to sign in)

    This is me opening the launcher with my credentials blacked out for obvious reasons

    When I try to press the start button it asks for me to sign in even though I have already signed in.

    Anyone know how to fix this?

    Edit: It seems to be an account Issue.

    On the gameforge website. When I log into my account and then proceed to account management,
    I notice that I have two accounts listed. One is the real account that I was on earlier today and the
    other seems to be a glitch of some kind. When i try to remove this extra account nothing happens.

    Anyone have any ideas of how to fix this?

    After the maintenance earlier today the game just suddenly decided it won't launch. I got kicked out of the game (NA server) after it froze and afterwards upon trying to launch again I've been having no luck. I tried to launch it via both cilents (steam and gameforge) and both are failing to launch. I'd click game start or play (in the case of steam) and nothing will appear no matter how long I wait. I've tried reinstalling on my computer, repairing game files via both sources and restarting my computer multiple times along side my internet connection. No dice.

    What do?

    I too am having the same problem since recent maintenance I've been getting the "Please enter your login details to continue" even though I already put my log in information and signed in, never had this problem before hopefully this gets fixed thank you :)
