Launcher Issues (merged topics)

    Everything was going fine until a couple of hours ago, where the patcher just went black when I started it up. Tried reinstalling and everything, and it seems like it only goes blank when I enter in my login information. If I press Start, it just tells me to log in, still with a blank screen.

    I'm guessing it might have to do with my linking a second Soul Worker account to my Gameforge account, but I can't seem to delete or disconnect the account.

    So I can't really play without solving this issue.

I have a problem with you when I open the Soul Dog launcher and click on start the game no longer opens last night when I downloaded the game of your official website (https: // it. soulworker.gameforge.com/landingpage/freetoplay?kid=a-a7x10-02210-1802-b350714d) last night, once you have finished downloading the game by going to the "start" button, the game started without problems, in fact I managed to create the character name "MorsoDiGallo" class "LILLY

    BLOOMMERCHEN "I was about to start the tutorial but seeing the time was 11.30 being tired I went to bed saying I'll do it tomorrow, this morning around 9.10 I went to open the launcher but this time the game by pressing" start "no longer opened .... the only thing I did and add the game to the control panel nvdia to make sure that my gpu (nvdia geforce 920m 2gb) was exploited by the game.

    it does not tell me any error message so I do not know if it's my problem or your problem that the beta is already over? I do not see any new maintenance ads so I do not know what to do if you can figure out the problem


    I did several tests to start the game with firewalls and antivirus turned off but the problem remains I tried to make several repairs of the game without success.

    I found 2 batch files in the "server" folder with the first one you can bypass the launcher and go directly to the game but there is another problem inserting the data (modified on the gameforge website) the data is not recognized by that launcher while if logged in from the official launcher without using the file bacht there is no detot that the access data have been changed .... but is it an ass for the ass?



    I tried to do every possible solution but nothing solves the problem


    solution from me try for now ..


    - install the game with antivirus and firewalls turned off (tested with both steam and GF client) DOES NOT WORK


    - installed the game in a partition of disk C (partition D for me) does not work


    -tried to change the screen resolution via the "General.ini" file as suggested by the guide does not work


    - tried every single Wind xp services pack 3 compatibility system until Windows 8 does not work


    - done several times check the files but the usual problem remains


    - deleted the launcher folder as suggested by some as possible resolution does not work


    - checked all the TCP ports needed were open. all open but it does not work


    if you have any other solution in mind, go ahead xD

    Every time i start up the launcher it start out as normal but when i hit start to play is goes all blank. Then when i restart the launcher and hit the repair files button he does it then but at the very end like its trying to download the patch or something it comes back with Access Denied.

    Trust me buddy ive been dealing with this 4 weeks now nothing new all we can do is wait till they fix it, I repair client I, I keep redownloading praying it would work and I even made a new account and it still is a blank launcher screen

    I have a problem. When I press the launch button in the launcher a pop-up saying "now loading" shows up for a few seconds and nothing happens - the game doesn't start. I tried: fixing files, reinstalling, spamming the play button, waiting a few minutes and nothing. Does anyone know how to fix it? (I'm running the game on linux through wine, but I don't think the problem is related to wine, because the steam version worked perfectly)

    So, my first problem I posted about for this was fixed. Though, after I log in, now the game tab completely disappears?

    Believe this is what you were referring to. Only now started getting this problem as well. Only way to close the launcher from here is through the task manager

    deleting your SoulworkerLauncher folder (not the client) once should fix this

    you can usually find it under C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\SoulworkerLauncher
