The players you have right now are only leveling Chii, most of them will leave after reach 60 due to no people for help them on AOV.
Good job, each day you prove us more and more your incompetence.
Fix the bugs and do a rollback or your game will DIE.
I guess you are one of the wonderful people who helps other "noobs" with their endgame runs? Cookies is not Soulworker. If Cookies die, so does not Soulworker. You will realise it now. Come down from your high ross. And no problem, I'm not banned and helping people not only with one/two run for 2mins... So there are others who helps.
Most of players did not give Gameforge any options to avoid banning people. As a beta player aswell I can tell you that in the Soulworker history banning people was something that GF barely does. Maybe they didn't because of low population, who knows. But NOW you, people who abused exploit, give them no choice. No, you beg for it! Now you are shocked that they react in a proper way but not like you thought they would. It's not GF who is blame for, its youuuuuu who abused exploit, my God, why it's so hard to understand.

I will agree at this point, the Game will not die even with a lot of Players banned.
The Game got a good amount of new Players since the last Update, even if it has a lot of Bugs and we saw that Gameforge don't give a frick about the Updates they patch.. it will not die, even if Players leave and i think it's good because the Game is great and everyone who can enjoy it should be able to do so.
As a beta player aswell I can tell you that in the Soulworker history banning people was something that GF barely does.
That is the point why Players did it, a lot of Players already had enough money.. they just did it because most of the Players who were online and knew about it would have done it and as you can see even with Players banned the Game economy is a mess. You can only hope that Gameforge finds a way to remove the "exploit" Money from the Game. if not everything that we had in the past will happen again.

Probably one of the worst decision they made so far, imo. (not the 7~14days, but for the permanent bans)
20 hours of progress should be pretty much similar what happened to the last year: when Iris Yuma's release (12.07.2018) that some of users banned for almost 1 day due to their script errors.
Gameforge should have done similar to this, but at this case, rewards only given for those users didn't abused the exploits...
But now it's whatever I guess, both player and publisher made a mistake and what we have done is done. -

Hanni, hope nothing. The game is almost dead. And if gameforge does not do any content or anything for the next 2 months the game will die faster than expected. Chii and the serverfusion have not changed much either.

Due to the fact that rollback is extremely dispised option for a publisher, I personally contemplate that GF can't do rollback, because they don't have data and don't want admit lack of knowledge. It's dumb thought of me, but it could be, who knows...
Those who wanna say "But they did before server-merge" then I would answer "Yes, because they prepared everything, nothing happened unexpected."
Side-note: I'm lucky that I don't play this game that active anymore and so I didn't notice the explot, but due to the fact that other events were abused and nothing happened, I would do same as many players and would be banned for two weeks.
I heard people who got banned earlier for other reasons like eg. insulting got perma and all those who were banned first time only two weeks. If so, it makes sense, or?

That was nice read and I agree with everything. This was the gravest mistake they could have done. There were just few solutions and they chose the worst one. The core community was damaged with server merge and with this mass banning they destroyed what was standing the last. This game is fun and I love it, Chii is so great, but seeing what happened is sad. This company shows how NOT to treat their players. You can say Gameforge is symbol of Game Extinction. It doesn´t matter what game they take, they do the same. And I hope this is the last game I will play which has written Gameforge on it.
I hope this decision will hunt them long time! -

Remember that everyone is in a forum in which u must respect some rules. If u disrespect even if they're indirect, the rules are broken, and therefore they can be sanctioned.

Good text, but only half. Later some grieving and bragging achievements which has nothing to do with the main topic.
But he doesn't take it personally, I simply state it.
Whoever used the mistake has to pay with a ban. If the game doesn't dead, it only takes time for everything will normalize on the market over time, although there is a small chance.

How are we supposed to follow the rules if you don't respect us?

instead of admitting that you fucked up, you say that nothing happened and you are still glad that you solved the problem

not defensing the abusers of the bug, but people are greedy because u are their role model of greed.. so i see no difference between the abusers and GF..... the truth always hurts....

Pretending respect when you're the first that show no respect to their playerbase is quite the joke of the day.
Most of us explained the issues (not only the big mess of these days) with calm, but you keep treating us like a bunch of idiot... so do not expect anything different from us. -
Everybody replying me like im reclaming an unban or something lol.
I just want all the people that did the bug with alt/abused market banned.
Because thats the only solution if no rollback.

Considering Gameforge refuses to take responsibility for their own mistakes, they really should unban the players. Pretty hypocritical otherwise.

Yeah looks like Gameforge has no intention on actually doing the right thing and instead using bans as a distraction from the real problems this scuffed patch caused.
not only bans they're also using the free box as a distraction.
