I had the same issue after writing a ticket they hemsed me the gift box

Why you crying about a mistake that happened over 2 weeks ago, besides check what the previous users have said. Try and do a ticket. (Already too late though since you're slow).
Keep moving forward and forget the past mistakes.
If any mistakes is happening we'll bash them but so far nothing really happened/nothing new.

I can somewhat understand your point but the thing is we cant just sit around and be okay with these mistakes , I agree the saltiness of this community isnt the way to go but you cant call it unreasonable either , and one of the worst things about it is that they consantly screw up and In my opinon they really only seem to care about money
