The quest Tidy Up Please! Is still bugged even after the recent update.

In the maintenance notes it says they "Fixed one of the subquests in the Ruin Fortress that could not be received."

The quest can be received. Its just not able to be completed. At least I can only guess that 'one of the subquests' means Tidy Up Please! in particular because its the one that's bugged in the first place. I tried abandoning the quest and accepting it again in hopes that might solve it (and even quit the game), but that doesn't seem to work.

Dusty is supposed to be standing in the room but he's no where to be seen:

Anyone else still can't complete this quest, too?

This bug is just simple one - Quest Tidy Up please is not able to be completed. It requires doing Buster Core EP 2 on any difficulty.
I've done few times each difficulty and it's not working. I don't remember if Dusty is supposed to spawn somewhere on EP2 or it just requires completing EP2.

Right now it's not possible to finish this quest and I believe it blocks also other quests from Dusty (since some quest require earlier ones to be completed).

I confirm that this error still exists. I can't do this job right now for exactly the same reason. We are waiting for repair.

I discovered this just a few minutes ago. Any quests in the questline cannot be completed, too. My Erwin completed some of the Tidy Up Please! questline before it was bugged, and I came back to finish it up for quests rewards. Dusty still isn't there for [Hard] All Along the Food Chain. I'm wondering if Dusty just can't spawn inside districts or something...
