Is there any way to unsubcribe to other non-english forums? It's nothing important but it's slightly tilting because i keep getting notified of new threads on non english forums that i can't even read.

Yes, you can go to the Forums On/Off option (appears on the general Forum, not on the specifics of languages) and then uncheck the rest of languages you are not interested on:

Yeah, you just have to type @ and then start the nick of the person you want to tag, for example Leet then it will show you a list of names that fits the name you've started to type, you click on the name and done
