Last weekend there was a soul cash +20% bonus so I attempted to purchase 100$ worth of soul cash. However, after I clicked "buy now" nothing happened; so I refreshed the page and it says: purchase complete. Good. So I go back to game but to find 44K soul cash in my account. And my paypal account is charged twice with that purchase. I contacted support and they said there is no error at their end. However, I didn't authorize the second purchase.
By law, I should be able to charge back the second 100$ since I didn't make the purchase in the first place. However, I don't want to lose my account because apparently, GF never hesitate to ban you if you charge back, even for a lawful reason. Therefore, I sincerely ask GF to look into this issue. It's probably just a bug in the website for soul cash purchase, but this bug can unlawfully exploit players and make purchases that they do not initialize. It's, again by law, a malicious practice if not addressed seriously. I also demand refund for the purchase I did not initialize (please stop telling me to ask support; they never support; they just say "not their fault" and ignore your reply for days).
