Well seeing as the announcement for the Forums was on the 26th of February, which states "We're opening up the forums soon" Keyword being soon.

It took them 11 days to actually launch up the forums, so taking that into account I give it two weeks since the announcement that said the Open beta will go live soon, which was on the 6th of February, so my guess is Feb 20th.

My guess would be around the 15th of March;

They probably only need to translate and bug fixing things right now, maybe even trying to get new Stuff cuz release~
