We will be carrying out server maintenance on 12/12/2019, starting at 08:50 AM CET (02:50 AM EST). The maintenance period will take at least 4 hours. Web services and servers will not be reachable during this time.
**New:**
- Dipluce Horizon is now available. The portal can be found at Candus City once you’ve completed the introduction quest (more information will follow tomorrow).
- The Christmas Event will start (more information will follow tomorrow).
**Changes:**
- Max level is now increased from 60 to 63.
- New skill unlocks at level 62.
- Passive skills changes
o Removed the cooldown of Whirl Jump
o Removed the cooldown of Dash while being in the air
o Changed the cooldown of the Special Attack while being in the air
o Reduced the cooldown of Elusion
- The NeoSanctum Transmitter will now have double chance for the following cards (the previously added cards will be removed as always):
o Veneris (5 star)
o Henryk (4 star)
o Haru (4 star)
- Higher drop rates are added for Akasha Transmitter
- The progress while merging cards is now boosted:
o 100% increase when combining 2 star cards with 5 additional 2-star cards
o 100% increase when combining 3 star cards with 5 additional 3-star cards
o 100% increase when combining 4 star cards with 5 additional 4-star cards
- Rookie Raid: The difficulty level was lowered, and it is now easier to clean.
o Boss HP reduced by 50%
o Dzenai drops reduced by 50% as the difficulty was changed
- Stella’s skills were reworked – the previous bugged skills are now fixed.
- “Fashion Coupon” removal
o They can now be sold for 30,000 Dzenai
o The Craft tab is now removed
- [Viilor’s Altar gear] The amount of materials needed to craft, are now reduced for a limited amount of time:
o 50% for Viilor’s Altar Hard
o 20% for Viilor’s Altar Maniac

**Minor Improvements:**
- A popup message is now displayed when auto-arranging the inventory
- You cannot buy the Breaker’s Ampoule from Yumi at Grasscover camp anymore (will be fully removed later)
- Max Stack of tickets is now changed to 999. (Innocent Daydream, Primal reset & entry)
- Team respawn cannot be used without any party members and can respawn the other dead party members, even while being dead.
Bugfixes:
- The Tooltip will now close when the popup window is closed
- Appearance items in the Market will now be correctly displayed
- The Skill Slot UI will not appear anymore when trying to open the Akasha UI (while using GamePad with a Stella character)
- Decrease of the blinking issue while moving down
- "Reset Position" menu will not be used during combat
- Multiple buff items that increase "Critical rate" will not be stackable anymore, only the highest buff will count
- The emotes of the following costumes are fixed: Summer Sailor and Candy Knight
**Known Issues:**
- The message that appears when you sort your inventory is not localized yet
- There is no mouseover popup when you hover on the new skill until you can use it
- The main quest which leads to the third area of Dipluce Horizon is already available .
- All the above are not intended and will be fixed with a future maintenance.
