you would become frozen in the city area where you defeat your first + second wave of enemies after the cutscene plays out that transports you to the hallway area. i tried the tutorial about 5 different times. Also i made it to the hallway once and when i got there the lady you have to talk to and get the door open just wasn't there at all.... so i ultimately gave up and just skipped tutorial lol
