The KR versions of the names should be correct to my best knowledge (if all the information on the KR wiki of SW is correct)! The JPN ones may be different as I don't play that version and the JPN wiki doesn't have all of the NPC names on it.
But if you guys know for sure what the correct JPN names are or notice any kind of mistake, let me know and I'll happily change it! 
To this day, I still do not understand some of GF choices (though I do like some changes , like Noah and Enoch -> Nita and Naran). I wonder what's the reasoning for some of them. Victor to Luke III? The two names are so different.
Same with Shion. I really like that name. Why it got to be changed to Suzie?

Right? Like the Victor and Luke III one is the worse out of all of the translations.
But Haidinger to Trashbert is golden~ 
I can accept a lot of the name changes like:
Keinbarrel -> Maverik
Sedurin -> Lex
Poison -> Naomin
and even Victor -> Luke
But Shion is such a badass name and then they replace it with "Suzie".
It just really takes away a lot of her intensity as her name almost feels like a joke now.
Let's all be glad though that the best villain name of all time, Edgar, remained unchanged.
Shion is best name, and I still call suzie shion even though I never played the other servers.
Luke III is a horrible name, not because its Luke but the 3 at the end. Is he the 3rd person in a row in his family to be named Luke?
While I don't think there should be name changes, but here are ones I think are decent changes(as in I prefer them over the original KR or even JP)
Seoni, Maverick, Nathan, Ravan, Godren, Avon, Dusty, Veneris, Greywell, and Deleska
And ones that I prefer they switch back to original:
Benjy, Clack, Glain, Gwen, Poy, Scral, Bamz, Hel, Selene, Luke III, medo, Lisbee, Suzie, Mister-O-Mat, Nael
and finally Shade because the name Brock makes more sense dialogue wise.

Yes, especially Raphakumpa.
That's why the translators decided to change it to Tumatauenga which is only a bit longer and harder to pronounce. It definitely doesn't seem as if someone smelled glue while coming up with ideas for most of the localized names in game.
