I haven't played since launch but, I see no indication of purchase history anywhere on the sites.
Where can you find the purchase History?

purchase history can be viewed when u click on "Premium Shop" in game on the bottom right
then click on "User Data" on the top right in Premium Shop, it looks like "three horizontal bars"
then click on "My Purchases" or "Account Transactions"
