As the title states... AFKing for 30min is too long and tedious. Having a friend do 1000 runs while I sit there is... boring for both of us. Any ideas?

On my side I used to complete the first episode of Control Zone 43 in manic mode, don't doing more than 8 of combos and letting mobs of the second room keep hitting me during 30-35s, and then go to kill the boss.
With that I've always got an F rank in less than 1min10 being all alone. It's quite nice to complete this achievement without having to afk 30 mins in districts or kidnap a friend to carry it for you x3

If you don't need the F achievement and if you're lucky enough, an alternative way is to get them from "Random Blueprint box" that you could get from Christmas Event, Glutton/Grutin World (if you still got some orbs from 2019 Easter event).
