i play from steam and as it seems i cant log in with steam here and post from my main account.
But i play chii and the game gave me chest with a mended school uniform
I cant open it at all . i press use and it does nothing.

Chii cannot open this packgage at all. You can try contacting support asking if they can move it on your other character.

shouldnt they must do something auto for that. i mean what if i just play chii :$?

Then you have a problem. They haven't updated packgaes for new players for months that's why any new character won't be able to open it.
