I tried to abandon the side quests and i did something accidentally and now i dont have any quests.
Here is a pic. I tried switching my characters and even restarting. Trying to add side quest doesnt work either. I dont understand

Well Im also not rly a quest expert. You could do the following though:
Write the support itself and try to explain your issue as good as you can with pictures, charname, servername etc.

If ure lucky they answer in under 24 hours if youre unlucky in like 3 workdays.
But first look at "Biscines" hint maybe.

As stated Biscince, it is possible you missed a story quest inside a district.
Someone got a similar problem with the last story quest of Candus some days ago. Normally the game shouldn't allow you t'go further without having taken the quest but it maybe broke and then you missed it.
You can at least give it a try.
