I'm getting pretty hyped now.
I know what the next 2 updates will probably hold going off of what the korean version has, but i'm wondering which will have which - or if they'll be in the same one~
(Assuming Primal Hero isn't coming, the newer things we have to look out for are HH drives (This includes Type-C Armor Drives and actually good Weapon Drives), Lily's skill Rework, Innocent Daydream Second, Abyss Lounge, and a ranking rework.)

I thought that it was a November event that was extended in 2019? It wasn't a pumpkin-based one, at least

I don't remember there ever been a November event though. So I guess they just extend the Halloween event through november because it's better than no event I guess.

Lily Rework, 2DD, Abyss Lounge, DH3, and HH Drives will all be coming within the next 3 updates.
