There is not any proper way to fix it. Usually, the best way to fix is simply to spam game launch till it works.
You can try these things though (usual answer from the support when someone is asking how to fix such issues), in case it might fix your problem, but not sure it will.
Note: when this happened to me, I simply checked up my game files and it worked afterwards, but I probably just went lucky at that time. xd
