I can not login EN/NA server (merged topics)

    I feel the exactly same, and im scared that the energy is account wide too, so even risking playing now on the NA while waiting for the Eu servers to be compatible you may be out of energy.

    I have honestly waited for this game for 2 years to come out in eu since i don't want to risk playing on a JP account and then lose all my work due to being banned for a VPN or something else which i can't do anything to because i don't understand the language well and they have 0 support for anyone outside the country.

    And this excitement wants me to play badly, but its been like this all day, and we have received no news from anyone within the Development team. so just sitting here and waiting will be a waste of time sadly.

    And yeah, Latency is everything, however it doesn't seem to be that bad on NA in this game in PVE.
    but still lower latency means a more enjoyable game and enjoyment.

    I succeeded to login 3 hours ago . I played for 2 hours ( 2 level up ) and gear up then disconnected again

    4h ago Eu worked fine for me, then started the ocassional disconnections , then the consecutive disconnections every couple of minutes, and now cannot even connect to the server, just instant disconnect message.


    Atleast good to hear they are looking into it again.

    The funny thing is. That isn't even an exaggeration. I am restarting client constantly. Trying to run as admin, letting the opening credits play, and waiting until the character portraits cycle. About 20 tries and an hour is legit what it's taking me.

    funier fact... you can make new character and play for 40-60 minutes until you get disconnected, and you back to starting point... right now I going make some coffee and watch some anime, my nerves can't take much more.

    Stuck at server select... can't even get in. no matter how many times i restart client as well.



    NOTE: 25 Restarts of the client and mashing NA server each time and i JUST NOW got in....pretty ridiculous .....

    Hi .. i played today like 10h ago.. and now i try to log into a server. nothing happens.
    like i click on the server and it just make a sound of clicking . it doesnt let me in or say any error or anything

    In Progress . . <3

    I am having the same issue, but have never been able to log in.

    I have tried all the Servers too, nothing happens on clicking of the buttons.


    Side Note: I can click the "Production" Button and that shows the Credits.

    Also playing through Steam.

    Stuck at server select... can't even get in. no matter how many times i restart client as well. i clicked all servers too none work....

    I as well as other friends cannot enter character select when starting the game. Clicking on the servers does nothing. Playing on regular client and not Steam.
