I can not login EN/NA server (merged topics)

    Although the ribbon is white , look at the server condition (good) that means there are people who play in those servers Some people face with this problem but the rest are OK. So if we become popular ( users that have problem) I swear they will fix this issue faster.

    Well, add another to the list. Logged in initial just fine, realized I was on wrong character, went to change character, when it got back to character select there weren't any characters listed. (and none of the buttons other than options functioned).


    shutdown the process via task manager, and now I'm seeing what you all are. (except once, got to the server select screen and there was a message about server full, select another one, but there were NO visible servers to choose from)

    Hm weird, Only server that i can connect to and play is the one with a green one, the other ones give me the error.

    After maintence I could login easly .. but then disconnected and the problem appeared again. Maybe its about the crowd of the server I just make reasoning btw I agree with hyurizahard I can also login when the ribbon is white .

    Yeah, after the Maintenance (8 hours ago) it worked perfectly to log in, i played for 2 and went to bed to sleep for 4 hours and now they aren't working, and the Ribbons are White, compared to being green before.

    I feel like I've experienced something very similar to a different game that was in a beta Phase a few years back.

    I don't think the server condition has anything to do with it being offline or online.
    If i'd assume it would be to tell you the amount of players on there. (characters on the server)

    It said the same yesterday with a high player count too.

    Yeah, I got school in 3 hours so most likely it will be playable by the time i get home later.

    I crashed during a boss fight, and now whenever I try and enter NA's server, I can't. I can select other servers though, just...not NA. I feel like my characters are currently stuck or something because of the crash.

    EDIT: It was the last dungeon of the 2nd area (I don't know the name), and we just finished the boss fight--I think my laptop couldn't handle the FPS or something and caused the game to crash. But now I can't log back in because of the crash.

    Yes I am upset that I cannot play as intended. But I am well aware that this is a BETA TEST, are you? So many players have been complaining, although it was clearly said that this is a) A BETA, and b) mainly to STRESS TEST the SERVERS.


    So honestly, I do not understand why everyone keeps whining on forums. The game is in a testing phase for us, and we are part of that test. This is not a full release. Plus, have you seen how many people have developed the game? Not a lot of people. This game is amazing in quality and the least we can do is report bugs in the BETA to the few developers that are working on the game. And hope for a smooth RELEASE in the future, due to our Bug Reporting.

    I know there are several threads on this, but they don't receive any attention, and I've been frustrated by the fact that my friends can all log in just fine (given some time), but I'm unable to. People who report this aren't actually reporting much detail about their setup or about the things they try. I'm going to try to explain everything I've tried to get this to work, but has failed.


    Computer Specs:

    Ryzen 1700X

    GTX 1080 TI

    32 GB RAM


    Game is installed on an SSD

    I live in California United States

    I have 100 Mbps Internet.


    The only thing I get is "No Server Currently Available."


    No matter how long I wait, the number of times I restart the game, or how many times I restart the computer.


    I'd like to also add that the loading time is horridly slow. It takes about 3-5 minutes to load the game even though this game is on a Samsung 850 EVO SSD. The game actually has 0% CPU usage and 0% Disk usage during this time, so I'm assuming that something is hanging in the background and times out?


    Things I've Tried:

    1) Reinstalling Game. (Done this multiple times before after maintenances and etc.

    2) Installing Standalone and Steam Version. Same result. Made sure that steam was closed while launching standalone.

    3) Network settings set to PUBLIC and PRIVATE. (in other words, it should mean OPEN vs CLOSED NAT shouldn't matter?)

    4) Disabling all other network Adapters to ensure that only 1 ethernet connection is in use.

    5) Using a VPN Connection to another IP. (I'll be quite mad if this game had a range of banned IPs...)

    6) Learning the piano piece in the main menu.



    If there's anything else I could try, please let me know.

    I am not gonna say your are wrong cause you are not, but they should let us know that there is some issues and servers are down or at least inform us when we might expect servers to run again. I mean they did 2x maintenance yesterday which 2nd actually made more problems instead of fixing it.

    I would love to if they had more people who will actually inform players about all server issues. If they are short on hands then just do recruit for forums etc. Some players would do it with pleasure.

    There are as far as I know 4 ribbon colors : White, Green, Yellow, Red

    These colors represent Server population, not connectivity.


    White - low/normal

    Green - normal

    Yellow - high

    Red - full


    The Fact that we haven't reached Server capacity yet means that they expected a lot more people to play. Or that this feature is not yet working as intended.

    Well yea it should be showing when server hit maximum players when its red, but EU server was always White and mostly because you just can't connect to it, still other server are running nicely just checked PL and FRA no issues there. And when I was playing on EU yesterday all channels was full you couldn't even change channel to play with friend that time Server was still showing (White bar - Good) even when servers had lags and was overfilled so it might be some issues with displaying server capacity.


    Just try different server if you want to just play if not then well wait, go sleep, maybe read something or watch. Play some other games and be patient

    Update: OK, now the NA server has completely gone from the selection screen. Only 2 pages of servers, instead of the 3 previously. Guess down for maintenance.

    So, this is pretty annoying. I think I've lost just over 60 energy so far today because of these mid-episode crashes. The game simply freezes up on me, but I still get audio from it which is nice because I can hear Haru's death sound effect and confirm that I've just wasted the energy I've used to enter the Episode.


    So, in the time I took to register an account, type this out, grab the screenshot, my game thankfully unfroze and let me spend a Revival Item to come back to a... greyed out screen. Whatever, still playable and I managed to beat the level.


    Anyone else having issues like this? Anyone managed to fix it?


    Running an i5 4460, GTX 970, 8GB of RAM, so I don't think there should be any trouble there.


    Been playing in Windowed mode because not having to minimize the game completely when fiddling with the other monitor, but that shouldn't break the game this badly...


    Running the steam version if that makes a difference too.

    servers arent down. you can get in if you make a new character. its like our character file is corrupt serverside or something
