Two nights in a row of not being able to play, but they sure as shit go that cash shop working.
smh
What kind of communication are you looking for? "The server is down"...? That's all they can really tell you at this point
Yeah, that would be nice. To know that at LEAST they know and the 'joke' that we have to wait on them to 'wake up' tomorrow, for the SECOND night in a row, is just a joke. Not too much to ask, imho.
But you know the server is down, why do they need to tell you that? By the way, how transparent is your shower curtain? Asking for a friend.

They could say that, tell us why exactly the servers are down, give us an ETA, and offer some compensation for their screw-ups, like every other reasonable publisher would do.
Really, they just need to maybe give us some insight as to why so many issues you'd think they'd deal with in alpha testing are happening in a public "beta."
Whatcha gonna do with the information? What level of complexity are you looking for? Do you understand networking? Do you know how to give an ETA on experimental hardware/software/firmware/etc? Hell, most of the time they can only give us an estimation on maintenance times. By the way, why do you want compensations for a server testing period where they are explicitly testing the server stability and working to fix it? Currently you are complying that you understand that this is an issue they are actively working on and hope to resolve before the official release. We're not at that compensation gimme-gimme phase yet.
