Wow, that's rather contemptuous. It's an Open Beta Test, what do you expect. Rather than stating rude shit, you should provide them positive feedback-relating to ingame errors/bugs etc. I'm sure they'd really appreciate the effort you can provide them. .

The french server doesn't work, connection problem when we choose our character ! Please fix it !
Normally, french server has connection problem every 30 minutes (disconnections).

They had around 4 hours of maintenance yesterday that fixed the issues, and somehow this still needs to be said: it's a beta, a free beta, where they are testing the game and the servers. You are not paying for a service, you are providing feedback to the team.

Already answered, We apologies for the problems you may have but this is an open beta and everything is being tested to have a proper launch. All feedback is really welcome and appreciate and you can use the Help & bug report section to explain us the issues you found in the game to be fixed.
