This is starting to get annoying especially when I consistently see the rest of the servers out of my region UP.

I was able to play a bit the past two days and although I do agree that it is frustrating, I think that the operations team is doing major hardware upgrades for the NA server. Just with the maintenance yesterday, I saw an increase from 10 channels -> 30 channels to offload the pressure to the servers. We just need to be a bit more patient as the team tries to figure out a solution for their spike. I'd imagine that their expectations for the NA region are completely blown out and they are trying to accommodate as best as they can.

We are aware of the issues in the NA servers and Team is working hard to improve its stability. For now we can not give any other information about it. All the maintenances are to improve servers and to fix major game issues. We hope to have them up as soon as possible.
