I too got this update, hopefully it fixes the server issues, in a way im relieved that im not the only one with issues lol

Only steam player will have to update 2.7 GB cause they'll download the data again, not update.
The Launcher version will be update via injected data to the file. which is less than 30MB and execute the data in 3GB which won't take too long for that.
I have the Launcher version and i had the 2.7 gb update as well
you might misunderstand for the execute part? after the download is finish the client will execute the patch to the game.
which will run over every file in the client again and show you 2.7 - 3 GB.

i didn't see a dev post about a major update is there a level cap increase or new chars? there were 2 chars blocked out with ?'s.
on another note, think it will fix more than 1 of the 100 server problems?
Although 2.7GB's is about half the size of the server problems lol
Those two characters will probably be added later (not sure if even in the beta).

there are 55 level items on zenith and cap is 35?

I would say probably 3-4 you have to remember you are limited by Energy as well.

You got energy restore potions.

It is potentially balancing exp gain via mobs with the dungeon clear exp. That way you aren't forced to choose xp vs clearing. Though, you already sacrifice the coins from clear. Who knows..
